22-25/hr to start PLUS commission in Costco....

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE SANTA MARIA COSTCO LOCATION!

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity to sell nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.

Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people, and are a self-starter?

If yes, then this is the job for you!

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Organic Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm, all days available. Saturdays and Sundays are the BEST commission days!

This sales job is ideal for those looking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting at $22-$25/hour plus BONUS based on sales quotas
• W-2 Employment
• Promotional kit provided and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit
• Average brand ambassadors earn $200-$300 per day; top earners over $300 daily

Bonus Payout:

Earn additional commissions by selling specific products, with a bonus structure outlined below:

• Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric: $60 commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: $60 commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): $15 commission
• Daily shift (7 hrs at $24/hr) plus commissions can total approximately $303 ($43/hr)

Responsibilities include:

• Promote products to Costco members and encourage sales
• Present yourself professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Check messages regularly for scheduling updates
• Participate in scheduled compliance calls
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, including tables and supplies
• Stand for extended periods and work independently

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality and ability to approach customers
• Experience in direct sales
• Basic computer and mobile device skills

Additional Information:

• Bonus structure varies weekly
• Shift days and hours depend on demo availability
• Bonus awarded upon reaching sales quotas; capped at 100 units per day
• Purchasing items to meet quotas is prohibited
