WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE CHANTILLY COSTCO! Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.


Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people, and are you a self-starter?

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!


Available Demo Hours: 10am–5:30pm. All days available. Weekends are the BEST commission days!


Costco Location: CHANTILLY


This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with part-time work.



Compensation



  • Starting at $22-25 per hour plus bonus based on surpassing sales quotas

  • W-2 Employment

  • We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!

  • Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $300+ per day!



Bonus Payout


Bonus structure outline and additional earning potential:



  • Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric — $60 in commission

  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen — $60 in commission

  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) — $15 in commission

  • 1 day / 7 hrs at $25/hr plus commission = $310, which is $44 per hour

  • Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.

  • Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.

  • Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.

  • Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day (e.g., folding table, product, boxes).

  • Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and back (table ~30 pounds). You must also carry products and supplies to and from your car at the start/end of each shift.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to work independently as the only team member per location.



Requirements



  • Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.

  • Experience with direct sales.

  • Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.

  • Are you physically able to move a portable 4’x2' table and supplies (up to 35 lbs) from your car to store and back again for each shift?

  • Costco policy requires that demonstrators adhere to food safety guidelines. Are you comfortable as a sales professional wearing a hairnet (beard net if applicable) and disposable gloves for sanitation purposes?

  • Are you able to stand on your feet for 7 1/2 hours with breaks?

  • We provide you with a starter kit. Are you okay purchasing a 4'x2' portable table and submitting a copy of your receipt for reimbursement?

  • Do you have a working computer or laptop with a webcam?

  • This is a part-time direct sales position in the fourth largest retail environment in America. Sales professionals must be able to drive sales averages and regularly attain goals. We’re hiring for 2-4 days a week; shifts are from 10am-5:30pm. Weekends are the BEST commission days!
