OpenText is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to contribute to warehouse operations and document transportation, ensuring safety standards and DOT regulations are followed. This role may involve responsibilities related to warehouse operations, delivery driving, and document imaging services.

Your Impact

A Warehouse Coordinator role at OpenText is a key contributor position focused on constructing cutting-edge information management solutions and performing tasks related to warehouse operations and document transportation. You will be expected to comply with all safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. As a representative of the company, you must consistently demonstrate professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.

What the Role Offers

  • Maintain warehouse inventory utilizing a box control system daily.
  • Keep warehouse safe (Environmental Safety & Health requirements – OSHA), clean, and in an orderly condition.
  • Receive, identify, sort, and box incoming mail from UPS, USPS, FedEx and other mail vendors according to customer specifications for document imaging.
  • Responsible for monthly salvage box pickups from the DMV, and for receiving RTS items (AC, VTs, SOS Titles) every Tuesday and Friday. Additional items such as specialty plates, junk titles, and 34s are processed as they arrive.
  • Ensure consistent inventory of required materials, including Notices and Patch 2s & 3s, to support daily operations.
  • Accurately process document requests from customers in a timely manner.
  • Identify and prepare boxes of documents for onsite shredding. Mistakes can cause monetary penalties and breach of contract resulting in legal action.
  • Operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Coordinate customer box pick-ups and deliveries with the supervisor while ensuring all shipments are accurate and properly documented.
  • Loading and unloading boxes of documents at various locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of pick-up and delivery activities, and provide assistance to staff with organizing boxes on shelves as needed.
  • Training of Document Imaging Services will be provided and performed when not performing warehouse duties.
  • Create labels and update PTS with item descriptions at least twice a week to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.

What You Need to Succeed

  • HS Diploma or equivalent. Basic reading and writing skills are necessary to follow written orders/instructions and to maintain records.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds - continuous requirement through shift.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record with no traffic violations.
  • Ability to travel to various locations, long distance driving, and overnight stays, as necessary.
  • Ability to drive a 26’ delivery truck in a variety of weather and traffic conditions. Able to obtain a company credit card for travel purposes. Adhere to attendance policy.

Salary Range: $18 hourly. Actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, geographical location, internal equity, and external market considerations.
