What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

The responsibilities of this position will vary but primarily focus on warehouse and inventory management for our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous, interacting with customers, vendors, and employees.

This role is crucial in providing the service excellence our customers expect. Key duties include:

• Receiving all delivered equipment daily in our accounting software.
• Collaborating with Project Managers to stage receipts for jobs.
• Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient, and presentable warehouse.
• Coordinating outbound courier shipments and job site deliveries.
• Managing equipment returns (credit) and repairs.
• Overseeing warehouse inventory and distributing stock for projects as needed.

What you bring to the table:

• Associate’s degree, equivalent degree, or relevant experience.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with shipping software platforms such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx (preferred).
• Understanding of freight scheduling.
• Knowledge of international shipping and documentation (preferred).
