Warehouse Specialist

Our client is established as a leading design, print, and fabrication house that specializes in large-format printing and dimensional displays.

Summary

Seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of daily tasks to get orders to our customers, including making boxes, packing, and processing orders.

Pay: $21 - $25 / hr. Offer will be based on relevant skills and depth of experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

Note: Must have flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Using logistical systems for shipping / receiving
• Maintain speed and accuracy in tasks to complete deadlines and company goals
• Assist the team with logistical prep, including packaging solutions for various items, efficient mailing within customer pricing, and creative problem-solving
• Folding boxes to be used for shipping
• Packing and labeling items for shipping
• Prepare containers to be shipped per customer requirements
• Keep daily logs, and complete an inventory of materials needed for projects
• Prepare shipping documents

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in general warehouse duties, including receiving, packaging, and shipping
• Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Preference to those with recent work history in logistics and project management
• Prior work history includes maintaining paperwork and customs documentation
• Experience shipping with major carriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS) with a preference for international shipping experience
