Warehouse Manager Job at Dynamo Fitness Equipment in Malaga

Overview

Dynamo Fitness Equipment is one of the fastest-growing Gym Equipment Retailers in Australia and is the only gym equipment supplier with branches in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager who will manage and lead a small, dedicated and friendly team of warehouse staff. This exciting position is responsible for the organisation, planning and supervision of the warehouse team at our Malaga and Osborne Park Warehouses.

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to direct reports
• Organising installations
• Picking and packing of orders
• Loading/unloading of trucks & containers
• Managing inward and outward deliveries
• Manage day to day activities in the warehouse
• Ensure company procedures are being followed at all times
• Ensure all goods are picked and available for despatch within agreed timelines
• Maintaining high standards of occupational health & safety through ensuring the correct safety measures are taken, correct tools are used and that the Warehouse always remains tidy and without hazards

Ideal attributes / Qualifications

• A valid WA driver’s license (Manual preferred)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• Can work efficiently and effectively in pressure situations
• Punctual
• Proficient problem solver
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader (desirable)
• Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including overseeing inbound goods and distribution processes
