About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable both giving and receiving direction. In this role, you will oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations—including the receipt, storage, packaging, and shipment of solar, storage, and electrical products.

You will ensure the warehouse runs efficiently, shipments are accurate, and service levels continuously improve with a focus on growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with remote teammates and adapt to changing daily priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor
• Expertise in warehouse organization, product storage, safety, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts (preferred)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, storage, and distribution of solar and electrical materials
• Serve as the point of contact for team questions regarding physical product in the warehouse
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Ensure accurate documentation for all goods flowing in and out of the warehouse
• Build and maintain relationships with freight companies (FLT, LTL)
• Communicate freight damage issues promptly to Sales and Operations teams
