Job Description

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient handling of all inbound materials. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory and supporting a well-organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all inbound materials
• Ensure proper placement and storage of all inventory items
• Maintain full ownership of warehouse inventory (excluding shop inventory)
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform incoming inspections on products to verify quality and compliance
• Oversee all material storage and organization within the warehouse
• Manage a team of 3 warehouse employees
• Create and maintain employee schedules to support operational needs

Qualifications

• Needs someone who takes ownership, applies themselves, takes initiative, and who can lead and motivate a team.
• 3 or more years experience in warehouse management
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 per year. Good benefits, 5 days PTO off the bat and accrue after 90 days, and a new 401k with a 6% match option.
