Benefits you can count on:

• Pay rate: Training - $20.00/hour, 100% Production - $20.00/hour, with potential additional incentives.

• Schedule: Shift starts at 11:00 AM until work is completed. Days off are split (Saturday and one weekday).

What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector:

• Select product and load trucks, move product within the warehouse, and between the loading dock and warehouse.
• Work in various warehouse areas such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, etc.
• McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves.
• Review documents, verify quantities, and inspect product condition.
• Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks to select, pull, sort, and stack products.
• Hand-stack items when necessary.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to perform visual inspections and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required; operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job tasks safely and effectively.
