What You’ll Do

• Assigns receiving, storage, packaging support and shipping tasks to assigned warehouse personnel
• Ensures forklift operators and other personnel perform operator maintenance on assigned equipment
• Reports equipment and facility repair needs to the warehouse manager
• Trains new employees to perform assigned tasks
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production goals

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) preferred
• 3–5 years of warehouse or supervisory experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
