This role is supporting our AmerisourceBergen business, which offers supply chain services to healthcare providers and health systems in the United States. The primary role of the Warehouse Manager is to manage the Warehouse Supervisors and their teams. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of warehouse operations in a radio frequency (RF)-enabled or non-RF-enabled environment, managing warehouse personnel and ensuring compliance with company, federal and state regulations regarding safety while working with controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous and flammable materials. This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.Responsible for associates in the warehouse; tracks attendance, coaches and leads associates with a view to employee growth and development, monitors performance, and manages overtime and other compensation changes. Performs related duties as assigned **Education:** Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. **Work Experience:** Requires 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years at a supervisory level.**Skills and Knowledge:** Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with distribution center associates; foster teamwork, coach and develop employees.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Good negotiating skills. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and systems, engineered standards and regulatory compliance matters.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work in a production-driven environment. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
