Warehouse Operator at AAON, Inc.
Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies; maintaining organized inventory records and tracking stock levels; transporting, storing, and categorizing goods within the warehouse; fulfilling orders by accurately picking and packing products; preparing orders for shipment with proper labeling and documentation; loading and unloading trucks and stacking materials; conducting regular inventory counts; reporting discrepancies or shortages to supervisors; inspecting products for quality and reporting defects; ensuring products meet quality standards; maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area; using PPE as required; safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery; performing routine equipment checks and reporting malfunctions; maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other warehouse activities; collaborating with team members and supervisors; communicating issues promptly; following safety, security, and workplace conduct policies.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Forklift, manlift, and tractor certification may be required.

Work Environment
