As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will act as subject matter expert in all aspects of inbound and outbound procedures. You will partner with internal and external teams to improve service, mitigate risks, and optimize logistics costs.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage operational procedures to include inbound and outbound shipments, handling the organization of merchandise and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Ensure safe, accurate and timely transportation of our products to our customers.
• Negotiate and arrange for the transportation of products from our warehouse and remote warehouse locations.
• Track and improve OTP (on time performance) of outbound shipments.
• Analyze inbound & outbound data and make recommendations to ensure continued improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Confer and coordinate special projects with other departments
• Responsible for ISO Documentation and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience with Logistics Management, Fulfillment and 3PL (preferred)
• Working knowledge of domestic and global logistics
• Necessary skill set: quick study, problem solver, able to foresee capacity constraints or surpluses, very organized
• Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced but respectful environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills; ability translate corporate initiatives to tactical work
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, MS-Word, and PowerPoint
• This position may be required to travel approximately 10%-15% of the time
• Working knowledge of Supply Logistics, Quality Assurance, and other value delivery systems (preferred)
• Direct experience with: APICS, SPC, ISO standards, cycle-counting, and inventory management (preferred)
• Proficiency with ERP systems; ideally with Microsoft D365 or other cloud based platforms (preferred)

Where You'll Be Located

This position is onsite at our Westfield, MA warehouse.

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience, if located in Springfield, MA market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
