AVASO Technology is a global leader in IT solutions and services, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Specialist to join our depot team in Norcross, GA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management, including receiving, labeling, inventory management, and dispatching of IT equipment.
- Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain stock accuracy in warehouse management systems and assist with audits and reconciliations.
- Execute L2 IT hardware/software troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, network devices).
- Image, configure, and stage devices including routers, switches, and access points per client requirements.
- Coordinate with project and depot teams to support staging schedules, urgent replacements, and new deployments.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for all warehouse and configuration activities.
- Update AVASO Warehouse & Inventory Management system and ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Manage facility resources to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company SOPs.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Work with transportation providers to schedule deliveries and manage freight costs.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Overall 5+ years of experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in IT warehouse, depot, or field support environment.
- Strong understanding of hardware diagnostics, imaging, and deployment procedures.
- Hands-on experience configuring routers and network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with inventory systems and stock movement documentation.
- Strong communication skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- CompTIA A+, N+ or similar certification is desirable.
