- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

What You’ll Be Doing

Warehouse & Workforce Supervision

• Lead and guide a team of warehouse staff and outsourced labor.
• Oversee daily assignments, ensure productivity, and enforce discipline.
• Manage container activities (vanning, devanning, lifting) and heavy/oversized cargo handling.
• Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of warehouse activities.
• Conduct on-the-job training and performance monitoring.

Scheduling & Resource Planning

• Plan and deploy manpower effectively to meet operational demands.
• Optimize use of warehouse space, equipment, and resources.
• Liaise with transport teams to ensure timely delivery and pickups.

???? Safety & Compliance

• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies.
• Lead risk assessments, lifting plans, and safety briefings.
• Support ISO 45001, BizSafe, and internal audit compliance.
• Respond to incidents and implement corrective actions.

Office & Operational Coordination

• Liaise with office teams on documentation, scheduling, and job orders.
• Report daily cargo movements and discrepancies.
• Support external audits and internal reviews.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Be the first point of contact for operational queries and service issues.
• Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, and transport partners.
• Resolve issues professionally and propose solutions to management.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics supervision.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (without WMS/ERP support).
• A hands-on, mature, and responsible team leader.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
