Overview

Description: Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client in Alachua, FL actively looking for Warehouse Workers to be responsible for general warehouse functions and perform product receiving activities, operating and maintaining equipment associated with warehouse activities. This is a temporary role with the possibility of a permanent position. Location: Alachua, FL. Schedule: FT, 3rd shift, Monday – Friday, 6pm-6am. Pay rate: $20/hr. Responsibilities

• Check, inspect, examine and count all products being unloaded for quality and quantity
• Unload and load product
• Document all overages, shortages, and damages
• Ensure pallets received meet defined requirements
• Clean dock area as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent such as a GED
• 2 years of warehouse experience
• Material handling equipment experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
