Immediately Interviewing Heavy Equipment Operators

Location: Multiple sites available (North Charleston, Summerville, Ridgeville, etc) - will work with candidates on commute.

Job Type: Contract to hire

Type of Work: New Construction, foundation work (dirt and pipe)

Job Description

Candidates with experience with equipment such as dozers, excavators, front loaders, and skid steers. Highest pay offered to those fine grading skillsets.

Experience with GPS technology is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities can include:

• Grading
• Loading dirt into trucks
• Loading/unloading equipment from low boy trucks
• Pipe work
• Some general labor

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, excavators, skid steers, haul trucks and front loaders
• Perform rough grade work with a dozer
• Load dirt into trucks and trailers
• Load and unload equipment from low boy trucks
• Conduct site and dirt work

Essential Skills

• 13 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Experience working on construction sites
• Proficiency with dozers, excavators, skid steers, and front loaders

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• GPS technology experience is a plus
• Experience with backhoes and rollers
• Dump truck driving experience

Pay Range

$21$28/hour

Rates are based on experience and capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
