Heavy Equipment Operator – Butler County Landfill (Waste Connections). Location: David City, Nebraska. Pay Range: $20 – $24/hour + $2,500 Stay on Bonus. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, scrapers, and compactors.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment safety and performance.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to resolve service issues in a safe and sustainable way.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Solid understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset and strong communication skills.
