Join to apply for the Heavy Equipment Operator role at DJ's Landscape Management. We are seeking seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators to join our winter team. Operate equipment, earn competitive pay, and help with snow removal operations during the winter season.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment and “big toys” to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Work safely and communicate effectively to address on-the-job issues.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials details in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete all required training, onboarding, safety, and route learning.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional commercial snow removal experience preferred.
• Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractors-trailers, and bulldozers is preferred but not required.
• Smartphone required.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation.

• Base pay of $24+ per hour, depending on experience
