Overview

We are a small family owned and ran company that has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking for someone who is willing to do a variety of jobs including: Asphalt, Grading, Maintenance, and more. Some experience is required. Pay is based on experience. Work Ethic is extremely important. Additional training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced equipment operator. Class A CDL's are a huge bonus. Equipment list includes: Skid Steers, Mini Ex's, Excavator, Dozer, Track Loader, Asphalt Paver, Asphalt Roller, Smooth Drum Roller, Pad Foot Roller, Motor Grader.

If you are unwilling to use a shovel when it is necessary there is no need to apply.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pull and back trailers
• Basic plan reading
• Ability to drive manual transmissions.
• Work overtime
• Work in confined spaces
• Knowledge of basic tools
• Have ability to lift 50 lbs
• Clean driving record
• Pass a drug test
• Pass background check
• Work 8-10 hr shifts
• Day shift only
