Overview

This position is located in Erhard, MN. Relocation or Commute required

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: This position requires the ability to operate a variety of utility equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, dozers, directional drills, etc. Must perform all general laborer duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment in a safe & productive manner
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Hand dig to locate utilities
• Load and unload equipment from trailer
• Assist in maintaining onsite equipment

Job Requirements

• Out of town travel as required
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed
• Must have a current valid drivers license/CDL

Machine/Tools Used

Various trailers, Dozers, Skid Steer Loader, Compressors, Directional Drill, Other tools/equipment as needed

Training Qualifications

• Previous experience in operation of equipment
• Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman/supervisor
• Continuous equipment training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required)
• Continuous vehicle training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required)
• Knowledge of company\'s policies and procedures
• Participate in weekly toolbox meeting
