Fred Smith Company is hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator - Greenville in Greenvill

Fred Smith Company is currently seeking experienced heavy equipment operators for our Eastern Division in Greenville. We are a self-perform heavy civil contractor working in the greater Raleigh/Triangle and Eastern NC area. Pay will be commensurate with experience. All employees are eligible after 90 days for benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.

Open Position:

• Motor Grader Operator

Essential Duties:

1. Follow all safety policies, including avoiding other workers, equipment, obstructions, and utility lines.
2. Operate equipment efficiently and follow on-site management instructions.
3. Perform equipment monitoring and maintenance.
4. Move and load materials using dozers, excavators, loaders, etc.
