Operator, Experienced Heavy Equipment – Gregory Construction
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team, where you will operate a variety of construction equipment to ensure the successful completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials using trucks, power cranes, shovels, or related equipment.
- Operate machines to spread, smooth, and level materials on road beds or other job sites as needed.
- Observe grade to adjust machine settings and indicate.
- Conduct documented pre-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical defects.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and extended periods outdoors in all seasons.
- Coordinate machine actions in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair equipment using mechanics\' hand tools.
- Know and follow safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required or directed by supervision.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (including drug screen and background check).
Qualifications
- 5 years (Required) in the civil construction industry.
- 5 years (Required) verifiable experience in equipment operations.
- Driver’s License.
- Travel will be required.
