The position is located at Buckley SFB and is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

• Provides OSP services requiring trenching, loaders, dump trucks, etc.
• Performs tasks involving physical labor at installation sites to aid daily operations.
• Performs site preparation and implementation activities required to implement approved OSP solution.
• Operates hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and other equipment.
• Prepares sites; digs trenches; sets braces to support excavations; erects scaffolding; and cleans up rubble, debris, and waste materials.
• Assists in restoration activities to return site to previous condition after project work.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 5 Years of experience
• Professional operator’s license for heavy machinery
• Skills & Technology Used: Various heavy machinery equipment
