Job Type: Full-Time Hourly with Overtime

Asgard Resources, located in Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana, is a rapidly growing company specializing in frac sand processing. Since 2019, we have become a leading supplier of frac sand to oil and gas companies nationwide. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Experience in operating dozers & loaders.
• Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any issues to the supervisor in line with MSHA safety standards.
• Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently including loaders, excavators, and skid steers.
• Adjust settings to ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Track equipment maintenance schedules and notify supervisors of overdue maintenance.
• Maintain performance records and document equipment usage.
• Clean equipment and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Undertake additional relevant duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience; specifically with dozers & loaders.
• Proficient in operating various earthmoving equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
• Physically capable of operating heavy machinery and performing tasks on-site.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good safety record, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and follow supervisor's directions.
• Willingness to perform heavy labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible, extended schedule, 8-12-hour shifts, days or nights, weekends and holidays, overtime, and call-ins, if necessary.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and use power tools.
• Competence in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to work in a plant environment with dust, noise, and fluctuating temperatures.
