Job Description

We are Hiring Immediately for a Supervisor position!

• Supervise and manage finishing and paint departments to ensure quality products.
• Communicate with plant manager and other supervisors regarding production needs and goals.
• Effectively communicate, schedule, manage, and instruct employees in order to meet quality and production goals.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies and ensure employees are following these guidelines as well to help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Train new workers how to perform daily tasks and safely use the required tools.
• Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

Job Requirements

• May be required to lift up-to 25lbs
• May be required to perform repetitive motions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in a team environment
