Position Summary:

We’re hiring experienced bartenders who can confidently craft cocktails, manage high-volume service, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work behind a fast-paced, lively bar while also assisting in table service when needed. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and love creating great vibes, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create classic and signature cocktails with speed, consistency, and precision
2. Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to bar guests and servers
3. Maintain full knowledge of all beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
4. Assist in table service as needed—taking orders, running drinks, and checking in with guests
5. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
6. Monitor guest intoxication and follow responsible alcohol service protocols
7. Support team members during peak hours and events
8. Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment that reflects the Dink and Dine culture

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience required
• Proven knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Experience with service support or hybrid bartender/server roles preferred
• Must be certified in responsible alcohol service (or willing to become certified)
• Excellent communication, hospitality, and teamwork skills
• Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
