Description

• Fulfill requisitions, work orders, or requests for stock items and distribute to internal departments or designated storage areas
• Sort and put away inventory on into appropriate racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Verify inventory in system through cycles counts and investigate discrepancies and adjust any errors
• Mark inventory with identifying information and update system with number and type of items received or distributed
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed including unloading of trucks, checking in inventory and packing outgoing shipments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Forklift experience required
• 3 months or more related experience and/or training
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• Basic math, reading comprehension and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
