Job Description:

We are Hiring Immediately for a Shipping Associate position!

The Warehouse Distribution Associate is responsible for performing both physical and administrative tasks in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfillment of merchandise. This role involves managing orders from logging information to preparing shipments and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise.
• Log order information into the computer and maintain files for accounting and reporting purposes.
• Prepare shipments by entering scanned item numbers and printing labels for UPS and FedEx, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and generate necessary records and reports for accounting and other departments.
• Operate while standing at a computer for extended periods, handling repetitive data entry with UPS/FedEx shipping software.
• Preferred, but not required: operate a sit-down forklift and cherry picker.
• Must be able to work ladies fitting room as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems and managing shipping software.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with repetitive data entry tasks.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed to fulfill shipping requirements.
