Blend Tech Operator – $18/hr Starting | $20/hr After 30 Days | Payson, UT

Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented individual looking to grow with a leading nutraceutical company? We’re hiring a Blend Tech Operator in Payson, UT! Start at $18/hr with a pay increase to $20/hr after a successful 30-day probation.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate mixing of materials
• Follow detailed instructions and formulas to create consistent, high-quality blends
• Lift and move materials regularly (up to 50 lbs)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
• Keep accurate records of batches and report any issues to supervisors
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Previous general labor or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Team player with solid communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
