Job Description:

We are hiring immediately for a Machine Operator position in Plant City, FL. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery, including drilling, press, and thermoform machines, to manufacture parts. Responsibilities also include loading materials, removing parts, performing quality checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up machinery such as drilling, press, and thermoform machines.
• Load and unload materials, including plastic sheets.
• Remove formed parts and load into fixtures.
• Inspect parts for quality and compliance.
• Complete paperwork and reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to operate machinery like drilling, press, and thermoform machines.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background and drug test.
• Reliable transportation is required.
