Job Description

We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant. English and Spanish required. Assists the Office Administrator in overseeing administrative staff. Provides support for HR-related inquiries and requests. Helps with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing paperwork and coordinating schedules. Assists in staff recruitment by organizing candidate information, scheduling interviews, and collecting onboarding documents (e.g., W-4, I-9). Gains an understanding of company processes and resources to support project planning and execution. Helps track deadlines and schedules while assisting with task coordination and follow-ups. Support in resolving discrepancies related to clients\' products, shipments, and administrative records. Performs clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and general office organization. Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 1 year experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and Outlook (Preferred). Perform general accounting duties such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and processing credit card payments.

Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation; ability to work in a team environment.
  • May be required to lift up to 25 lbs; may be required to perform repetitive motions.
  • Full-time or Part-time; Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
