Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is currently looking to hire a Business Development Coordinator for a local car dealership with multiple locations in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Salary: $15.00+ BOE | Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties

1. Customer & employee engagement & support
2. Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
3. Respond quickly to internet, phone, & live chat inquiries using scripts
4. Multi-tasking & high call volume skills
5. Meet sales goals set forth monthly

Requirements

1. Customer service experience required
2. Technology savvy – 100% online, typing, and phone work
3. Previous sales or phone sales experience preferred
4. Reliable transportation
5. Upbeat & positive attitude
6. Team player with an interest in growth
