Job Summary:
Vivo Healthcare Ft Pierce is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team in Fort Pierce, Florida. As a RN or LPN with Vivo Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Filling openings on ALL SHIFTS.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and as needed
Monitor and report patient conditions, changes, and concerns to healthcare teams
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities
Requirements:
Level of Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of experience as a RN or LPN; acute care experience preferred
License/Certification: Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
