Full-Time Store Manager – Redlands Ace Hardware

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager to help lead our Redlands Ace Hardware team. In this role, you’ll support the General Manager by keeping daily operations running smoothly, guiding team members, and making sure every customer feels welcome and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and on the phone
• Help with store operations, inventory, and merchandising
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Step in to lead when the General Manager is away
• Ensure the store is safe, organized, and customer-ready

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with computers and retail systems
• Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays included)

Store Open Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Sunday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
