Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Hardware Engineer, which is onsite to TUCSON, AZ. What You Will Do
Research, plan, design and develop mechanical test systems in areas including, but not limited to, vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical for production testing environments Integrate and validate test systems against stringent accuracy and reliability requirements Evaluate production installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions This is a 12 Month Contract or Contract to hire
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum five (5) years of work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of work experience Minimum of five (5) years of technical / engineering experience in mechanical design and/or production support Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with CAD solid modeling tools and analysis tools with an emphasis on ProE / CREO Parametric Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis Experience creating mechanical drawing packages. Qualifications We Prefer: Design experience with mechanical and electronic packaging Experience with Configuration Management processes, application, and tools (e.g., Windchill / cPDM) Experience with cable design, specifically CREO Schematic Pay Rate:- $60 to $75/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
