Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to work for a worldwide leader in the tech industry. The Hardware Engineer is a hybrid role helping to contribute to the development and optimization of FPGA-based systems.

Responsibilities of the Hardware Engineer include:

·Design, implement, and verify digital logic using Verilog for FPGA platforms.

·Develop and maintain FPGA firmware for custom hardware systems.

·Perform debugging and troubleshooting of hardware and firmware issues using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and simulation environments.

Qualifications for the Hardware Engineer include:

·Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·Strong proficiency in Verilog and FPGA development (e.g., Xilinx, Intel/Altera).

·Solid understanding of digital logic design, timing analysis, and hardware debugging techniques.

·Familiarity with hardware description languages, simulation tools, and version control systems.

Compensation for the Hardware Engineer includes:

·$100,000 - $130,000 with a comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
