Job Title: Hardware Engineer - Quanta Manufacturing Nashville
Job Summary: Hardware Engineer LV1 is in charge of the HW testing and debug environment setup, assist to identify the related hardware engineering issue, communicate with HQ team and vendors to ensure the product can be delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers to solve engineering issues timely.
- Set up hardware testing and debug environment.
- Collaborate with R&D to identify root causes.
- Support the manufacturing debug team with troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and customers.
- Measure signal waveforms and support bring-up tests.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Operate the oscilloscope and digital multimeter.
- Solder wires and rework PCBs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge/experience in server/storage/PC hardware architecture.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or product development roles.
- Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
- Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization\'s facilities.
