Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Create printed circuit boards, test hardware, and ruggedized electronic systems
• Test & Validate: Design and implement hardware test strategies; conduct stress, performance, and compliance testing to U/L and CE standards
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Analyze and resolve issues with power supplies, analog/digital circuits, and communication systems
• Collaborate & Document: Work cross-functionally to ensure product quality, maintain design documentation, and uphold quality control standards
• Innovate: Apply CAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and testing equipment to bring new ideas from concept to production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of related hardware design and testing experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic CAD software (Altium, SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred)
• Knowledge of compliance standards (U/L, CE) preferred
• Programming experience is a plus, but not required
