In this role you will provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to a variety of animals, ensuring their health and well-being. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgeries, guiding pet owners on health maintenance, and collaborating with a skilled team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will also help develop and maintain a high quality; efficient and effective medical team, by fostering an environment of trust, teamwork and accountability by working in tandem with the Hospital Manager and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Position: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Location: Fremont, CA What You'll Do: Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of pets Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions Offer preventative care and client education to promote pet wellness Collaborate with a compassionate team of veterinary professionals and support staff Maintain detailed and accurate medical records What We Offer: Competitive salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (negotiable depending on experience) Production Incentive Plan / Bonus structure No negative accrual and no non-compete! Five plus years of experience in a veterinary practice. Experience overseeing Veterinary Technicians and Assistants as well as other hospital or practice staff. Must demonstrate a desire to continue learning in veterinary care and participate in leading staff training.
