Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Hardware Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of cutting-edge server hardware. You will be responsible for creating schematics, defining hardware architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and customizing solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative server hardware solutions.
- Create detailed schematics and documentation for computer equipment.
- Difine hardware architecture in collaboration with the Aivres design team.
- Cooperate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Modify and customize hardware designs based on customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
- Conduct and oversee hardware testing procedures to ensure quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong understanding of server hardware and related technologies.
- Proficiency in using hardware design software(Concept prefer), oscilloscopes, and other testing instruments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese preferred
- Prior experience in server development is highly desirable.
