Title: Hardware Asset Manager

Location: Southeastern United States (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation

Pay Range:$48.02-$68.60/Hrs

Description

  • Focus on monitoring procurement activities, hardware reporting, and deliveries, as well as hardware decommission and disposal.
  • Maintain and track hardware status, coordinate staging, shipping, and deliveries with vendors.
  • Assist leadership with establishing best practices and systems around asset management.
  • Individual contributor role owning the execution of daily activities of hardware lifecycle.
  • Work in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor procurement activities and hardware reporting.
  • Coordinate staging, shipping, and deliveries with vendors.
  • Ensure decommission and disposal practices are upheld.
  • Develop purchase order tracking tools and maintain inventory levels.
  • Meet with vendors and suppliers to prioritize deliveries.
  • Lead and coordinate asset disposal activities.
  • Generate reports for management to account for hardware.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of procurement, inventory, and/or hardware experience.
  • Experience with project management and prioritizing purchase orders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Proficient in generic office and project management software.
