Overview

Are you an experienced ASIC, FPGA, or PCB hardware design or reverse engineer that wants to be part of a team analyzing and creating custom hardware designs? Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. is seeking hardware design engineers to join our team of digital, analog and mixed signal microelectronics designers involved in custom implementations and analysis of all kinds of integrated circuits. Our team designs and integrates macrocells such as memories, transceivers, processors, compression algorithms, regulators, sensors, and data converters into customer-centric solutions. We also use our design expertise to perform reverse engineering for security analysis. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the design and/or analysis flow including specification, behavioral and RTL coding, testbench development, code coverage analysis, gate-level synthesis, and power analysis and optimization. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to specification, behavioral and RTL coding, testbench development, code coverage analysis, gate-level synthesis, and power analysis and optimization for IC designs.
  • Design and integrate macrocells such as memories, transceivers, processors, compression algorithms, regulators, sensors, and data converters into customer-centric solutions.
  • Perform reverse engineering for security analysis as part of the design team.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years ASIC design experience
  • Synthesis, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics IC design, layout and verification tool experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship, TS/SCI Full Scope Poly
