Key Projects: Work on key components of electrical validation of complex ASIC SOC Conducted electrical characterization of DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR3, and DDR4 to ensure compliance with JEDEC industrial standards. Measured and analyzed a range of electrical parameters, including timing parameters and jitter for memory clock, data strobe (DQS), data (DQ), and address buses; performed debugging and provided recommendations to cross-functional teams. Proficient in software and hardware electrical compliance memory patterns. Strong understanding of the functional capabilities of memory controllers and PHY initialization flows. Develop tools for hardware testing, data collection, work with third party equipment and boards. Innovate to improve validation efficiency through methodologies and tools Skills: Hands on experience with C/C++, Python, Perl, PowerShell. Familiarity with boards, components, memories, industry standard interfaces like PCIE/DDR/ JTAG, UART. Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience Minimum 4 years Experience electrical characterization and compliance testing. Minimum 4 year's experience using coding language like C/Python Minimum 4 years experience with working collaboratively in a lab setting with a team Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering required. 8-10 years experience required.
