Team
Our recruiting team shapes and executes hiring strategies in collaboration with engineering, operations, and technology leaders, driving fast-paced, high-excellence talent acquisition that supports Andurils mission.
What Youll Do
- Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
- Spearhead hardware recruiting efforts for top talent at all levels within the TRS division.
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
- Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
- Use tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews, aiming for high interview-to-offer ratios by anticipating hiring manager preferences.
- Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies to competitor movements and trends.
- Represent Andurils brand internally and externally, leveraging internal resources to articulate our value proposition.
- Influence and elevate recruitment best practices, ensuring a consistent and excellent candidate experience while improving process efficiency and quality on high-stakes projects.
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1012 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and drive a data-driven narrative.
- Proven leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve TA goals.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
- Open to a 6-month contract role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups, tech, and hardware domains (e.g., AAV, UAS, AUV, weapons) or related programs.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Flexible and solution-oriented in troubleshooting obstacles.
- Direct, succinct, and timely information-sharing with strong active listening skills.
- Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business.

Compensation and Benefits
US Hourly Range: $70 - $80 USD. The salary range is an estimate based on base salary factors; actual offers may vary.
