The tablet is the heart of the Peloton experience, serving as the nexus that seamlessly integrates our custom hardware, award-winning content, and proprietary software. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that requires a leader who can navigate technical complexity and drive alignment across the entire organization.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of consumer electronics and the ability to operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching the next generation of our tablets, making critical product decisions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

YOUR IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Lead the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and post-launch analysis. You will work with a highly cross-functional team (Industrial Design, Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Content, and Marketing) and be responsible for difficult feature tradeoff decisions. You will use your deep understanding of end-to-end system architecture to inform these decisions, ensuring the product delivers a high-quality user experience.
  • Champion the User: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify new opportunities and validate product decisions.
  • Measure and Optimize: Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for future improvement.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

You should be knowledgeable about end-to-end system architecture at a deep level and feel comfortable discussing tradeoffs and requirements with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.
  • A strong history of success leading highly cross-functional projects from concept to launch. You are skilled at communicating with and influencing diverse stakeholders, from design and marketing to engineering and operations.
  • Deep understanding of the hardware development process, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
