Job Details

• Title: Information Technology Support Analyst-Hardware
• Location: Midtown Manhattan - 10038
• Job Type: Long-term Contract
• Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.50 per hour

Schedule

• 8-hour day shift
• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain computer systems and peripherals by installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users, providing support and guidance.
• Assess, maintain, repair, upgrade, and install computer hardware.
• Assist in software upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (REQUIRED).
• Must have a valid COVID vaccination card (hospital requirement).
• Proficiency in MS Windows, MAC OS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience as a Hardware Technical Analyst or similar role.
• Good understanding of computer equipment including laptops, servers, printers, and routers.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
