About the Position: As a Door and Hardware Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial door and hardware projects. You will collaborate with estimators, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while managing various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with estimators to create effective project schedules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring resource efficiency and timely completion.
- Use Emullion software to generate and document change orders and directives.
- Ensure all change orders are approved, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of materials and coordinate delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial door and hardware projects, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Emullion software (or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
