AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations, including foundational services such as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), along with continuously released new features that distinguish AWS in the industry. As part of the UC organization, you will support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles involve working with customers requiring specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

AnnapurnaLabs, part of AWS, is seeking talented engineers to develop a semiconductor platform based on revolutionary architecture. You will participate in developing cutting-edge products within disruptive system architectures, working on technologies that power the world’s largest cloud provider in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. AWS provides a reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform supporting hundreds of thousands of businesses across 190 countries.

This role offers a challenging environment for innovative testing strategies and advanced solution development. Responsibilities include test development for SoC devices from concept and methodology through ramp-up to volume production, creating test programs for debugging, characterization, and optimization, and collaborating with design, hardware, and software teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with digital circuits, power, and high-speed board design
  • Good understanding of product/test hardware, test software, and mechanical integration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with SPICE-based simulation software
  • Experience working in OrCAD environment
  • Experience in production testing environments, including sort and final testing
  • Familiarity with ATE systems from Advantest and Teradyne
