Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accounting positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions, prioritizing based on urgency and client needs.
  • Utilize digital tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences, guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Finance, Accounting, or CPA background preferred OR experience in high-volume recruiting for finance, accounting, or office professional roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience or 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites.
